Our UK standard delivery charges at £5.99 will be delivered between 5-7 working days (Exc. Bank Holidays) from the day your order was placed.
Our UK international delivery charges at £16.99 will be delivered between 10-14 working days (Exc. Bank Holidays) from the day your order was placed.
Custom or duty charges may also apply when the package reaches it's destination. We are unable to specify an exact amount for these charges as they vary depending on the country. The receiver of the package will be required to pay for these charges. Please contact your local custom offices for more information
A signature will be required upon receipt. In the event that no one is present to receive your package, a delivery card will be left so you can either arrange a redelivery or collect your package from your local depot.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your item. We can only offer a refund at this stage. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you exceed our 14 days policy.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as purchased. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service for all shipping as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
